Mi Taqueria Poblana was founded on a single, uncompromising belief: Mexican food deserves the same respect as any fine craft. From the moment we arrive at dawn to hand-press every tortilla, to the final roast of chiles for our salsas, nothing is rushed and nothing is cut corners.
Our recipes carry the weight of generations from the Puebla region — mole made from scratch, birria slow-cooked overnight, salsas layered with heat and smoke. We are not chasing trends. We are preserving a standard that our community in Riverside has come to depend on.
